Our story
ESC IT started back in 2012 with a simple idea: that getting help with your tech shouldn't be stressful, confusing or make you feel daft. Too many people had been burned by support that talked down to them, hid behind ticket numbers, or vanished the moment the invoice was paid.
So we built something different — a friendly local team you can actually call, who explain things in plain English and genuinely don't mind the "silly" questions (there's no such thing). Over the years we've grown to look after people's computers, websites, social media and telecoms too, but the promise has never changed: nothing is ever too much trouble.
Today we help businesses and individuals right across Bristol and beyond — and most of them came to us through a friendly recommendation, which is just how we like it.

One year of business in the books. A steady year — but we made it.
We built our own CRM to run our business better. So many customers loved it that we now offer it as CRMit — a monthly licence for small businesses.
We moved into shared desk space at The Cattlemarket in Winford, Bristol, as we kept growing.
Time to spread out — we moved into our own dedicated office in Blagdon, Bristol, with room to grow.
We rebranded to ESC IT, splitting our services into clear pillars to make life simpler: Web Design, IT Support & CRM.
We took on Lewis as an apprentice web developer to expand our web services and help with the workload.
Di joined the team to overhaul and look after the finance side of the business.
Time for a tidy-up — we rebuilt our own site to keep things simple and easy to find.
We settled into our current home at Henleaze House Business Centre, Harbury Road, Henleaze — right in the heart of Bristol (BS9), and handy for customers across the city.
